The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice does not uphold the draft law on amendments to article 5 of the Law “On Court Fee” re supplementing the list of privileged categories

The bill (Reg. No. 2126a) suggests amend article 5 of the Law “On Court Fee” in the part of exempting form payment of a court fee the Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as its territorial bodies and higher educational institutions in cases related to compensation of expenses connected with person’s maintenance in the higher educational institution.

Thus, people’s deputies believe that exemption of any subjects of governmental authorities from payment of a court fee will decrease financial as well as material and technical maintenance of judges.
